Yes, families are welcome to visit during our daily visiting hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We encourage family involvement and believe that maintaining connections with loved ones is an important part of wellbeing. Special arrangements can be made for visits outside these hours when needed.

We work closely with each resident's chosen healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Our team maintains detailed health records, monitors wellbeing daily, and communicates any changes to family members and medical professionals. We can arrange transportation to appointments and accompany residents when requested.

We offer a calendar of activities designed to support physical, mental, and social wellbeing. This includes gentle exercise programs, creative workshops, social gatherings, music sessions, and garden time. Participation is always optional, and we respect each person's preferences for how they spend their day.

While we have communal areas for dining and activities, each resident has a private room that serves as their personal space. All care activities involving personal privacy are conducted in private settings. Our staff is trained in maintaining confidentiality and respecting personal boundaries at all times.

The monthly arrangement includes private accommodation, all meals prepared according to nutritional guidelines, daily care assistance, health monitoring, medication management, laundry service, participation in activities, and ongoing communication with families. Specialized medical services or therapies arranged outside our residence are billed separately.
